We automatically collect certain data from you, including IP address or other unique device identifier, ANDROID ID, IMSI, IMEI, MAC, AndroidId, Cookie (as defined below), mobile carrier, time zone setting, language option, mobile or Device model, screen resolution, operating system and platform and information about the platform you use. • Location data. When you use the Platform on a mobile device, we may process information about your location using global positioning systems, including location information based on your SIM card, IP address or mobile device location settings, and if on your mobile device Activated location information (Global Positioning System). If you do not wish to share your location with us, you can turn off the GPS function on your mobile device. 1. Instructions for obtaining permission: a. When previewing, it will apply for system device permissions, mobile phone device information (IMEI), IMSI, ANDROID ID, log information, device MAC address, AndroidId, which are used for information push, error reporting data statistics, etc., so as to optimize product functions and improve experience. b. Before turning on the camera, we will apply for the system camera permission to take pictures with watermark. And apply for storage permissions for storing photos and caching related photo files. c. We will apply for location permissions to help you display your location or enrich watermark information when taking photos with watermarks; when taking photos with watermarks, the camera will read your precise location every 10 seconds to update the watermark information, making your photo information more accurate. d. When you use a custom watermark or latitude and longitude watermark, in order to facilitate you to view and display device information on the watermark, you may apply for phone permission to obtain the phone's android, ANDROID ID, IMEI, and IMSI. If you do not want to apply for this permission, you can turn it off at any time in "Phone Settings-Permission Settings". e. The above permissions and sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, photo album, storage space, GPS, etc. will not be enabled by default or forced to collect information f. In order to realize information sharing, third-party login, and jump to the application market, the application will not crash because you have not installed the third-party APP. We will obtain your mobile phone when you use information sharing, third-party login, and jump to the application market. The software installation list to check whether the corresponding third-party APP is installed in your mobile phone. 2. Cookies: We use cookies and other similar technologies (eg, web beacons, Flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to enhance your experience of using the Platform. To provide you with technical support; c. Enforce our terms, conditions and policies; d. To send you gifts or payments for marketing or other activities e. communicate with you. It is in our legitimate interests to respond to you and ensure the proper functioning of our products and organisation, so we may use your information to: f. To improve the Platform and ensure that the content on the Platform is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device; g. administer the Platform and conduct internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes; h. allow you to choose to participate in the interactive functions of the platform; j. Keep the Platform safe; k. develop our platform and conduct product development; l. measure and understand the effectiveness of our advertising to you and others; 3. The information we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at destinations outside your country and the European Economic Area (“EEA”), especially Singapore or China. It may also be processed for one of our suppliers or one of our business partners by employees (for example, employees operating in our country or in a country outside the EEA where we work for us). By submitting your information, you consent to this transfer, storage or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is handled securely and in accordance with this policy. 4. Security of your personal data: Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data (for example by encryption), we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted through the Platform; any transmission is at your own risk. From time to time, we may include links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these sites, please be aware that these sites have their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible. Please check these policies before submitting any information to these sites. 6. We will retain your information as long as applicable laws require us to retain your information. After you terminate your use of our services, we may store your information in an aggregated anonymous or pseudonymized format. We will delete your data upon request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may also retain any personal information as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to allow us to resolve and litigate disputes, and to enforce our agreements. 7. The platform is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or children under the age of 14 in Korea). Users under the relevant age may not use the Platform or register an account on the Platform without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person and no parental or legal guardian consent has been provided, we will delete this information and terminate that person's account. If you believe that we may contain or have collected personal data about a child under age, please contact us at the address at the end of this policy. 8. If you wish to make a complaint about how we have processed your personal data, please contact us first via the email address at the end of this policy, and we will try our best to process your request as soon as possible. This does not affect your right to lodge a claim with a data protection authority or to follow dispute procedures. 9.
